BEHIND THE NAME

L&M Comics was built on a love of great stories and the joy comic books bring to the people who collect and read them.

The name comes from Ludwig and Matilda, our two French bulldogs and the faces behind our logo. Their loyalty, stubborn determination, and ever-watchful presence inspire how we run L&M Comics every day.

To us, comics have always been about heroes. Courage. Hope. Resilience. In our own way, Ludwig and Matilda embody those qualities. They supervise operations, help us stay committed to quality and customer care, and after saving the day, return to their official roles as resident couch potatoes and nap champions.
